First founded in 1848, we’ve been supporting learners for over 175 years. The organisation has evolved throughout the years, becoming the Northern Council for Further Education in 1981. Since the 1990s, as we’ve evolved and expanded our focus nationally and internationally, we’ve simply become NCFE.
