The college’s main campus is the Prince of Wales Campus in Charlottetown. The Prince of Wales Campus is home to the Charlottetown Centre, the McMillan Centre for Community Engagement, the School of Performing Arts, the Florence Simmons Performance Hall, and the Centre for Applied Science and Technology (CAST). Two apartment-style residences serve the Prince of Wales Campus.

The college offers language training in the Belmont Centre in Charlottetown. Welding and plumbing/pipefitting programs offered in the Georgetown Centre. Most of the college’s trades and industrial technology programs are on the Summerside Waterfront Campus. The college’s Marine Training Centre and the Atlantic Police Academy are also in Summerside. The West Prince Campus serves residents in the western part of the province.
